150+ tenants & Jersey City Together leaders gathered tonight at Holland Gardens to announce progress & to press for continued action around current conditions in the complex.
JCHA Executive Director Vivian Brady-Phillips sent a letter in the run up to the action describing current progress & her commitments moving forward that were significant & more than has been done in years. Tonight, she said: "We are not going to rest until all the work is addressed... All of the issues raised were reasonable demands people should have about their homes."

In addition, while the JCHA considers the future of the complex, residents expressed real fear about what will happen & our team pressed for all options to be on the table. There is a long process ahead, but tonight was a start.
